3. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT & ACCESS

3.1  You may withdraw your consent to the retention and disclosure of your Personal Data or access to your Personal Data (to a reasonable extent and as permitted by the Act) at any moment and can be requested via email. You may also withdraw your agreement for any forms of communication and on specific communication platform by unsubscribing, an option which is found on our email and/or other marketing materials.

4.1 We will, to our utmost effort, ensure that your Personal Data used is adequately accurate and complete in making any decision that may affect you.
