She and her husband are exceedingly pleased with their experience here and would recommend it to everyone.

Vicki's Background Story

Vicki, a 55 year-old woman from America, was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). In search for a treatment to help her, Vicki’s niece informed her about Regenerative Treatment for ALS. Whilst doing research to learn more about the potential of Regenerative Treatment, Vicki discovered the available treatment option offered by Unique Access Medical. Her research lead her to discover that Cellular Therapy could slow down the progression of her disease and improve her quality of life.

Vicki’s Experience with Regenerative Cell Treatment

Vicki’s personalised Treatment Protocol included Cellular Therapy via injections and IV, Physiotherapy, Aquatic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, rTMS, and Acupuncture.

Aside from the treatment, Vicki and her husband were warmly welcomed by Unique Access’s staff. In the interview, they expressed their positive impression towards the clean and state-of-art facilities, as well as paid gratitude towards highly attentive and caring staff.

“It’s been an awesome experience. I can’t tell you enough.”

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy (OT) is a rehabilitation method commonly practiced to promote therapeutic engagement in the motions required to perform basic daily activities, such as getting dressed, holding objects, swallowing, chewing, and more. The purpose of Occupational Therapy is to foster health, independence, and wellbeing especially for patients with neurodegenerative conditions to live more normal lives.

Occupational Therapists carefully evaluate each patient’s needs in specific areas of their bodies before designing customised activities to foster proper functions in the respective area. Ultimately, Occupational Therapy plays an essential role not only in maintaining the general body wellness, but in improving the patients’ morale as well.

Vicki’s Improvements Following the Treatment

Vicki suffered from walking difficulties, slurred speech, and difficulty keeping her balance, and muscle loss, all as a part of ALS symptoms. However, after having received Regenerative Treatment, her speech immediately improved. Not only that, she has also regained her sense of balance, as well as her coordination skills and muscular and core strength.

“She’s made a lot of good progress in a short amount of time. It’s amazing what they did here.”
